I was very frustrated with Panda Express on Sunrise Drive in Palm Springs. Here’s why. Just got off work after TEN hours ON A SATURDAY. I called the Panda Express and ask what their hours were. I was told 10 PM. I drove from North Palm Springs to the location. I got there at 9:10 PM. There was a line. When I got up to the counter I was told; “Just to let you know, we’re closing in 15 minutes and this is what we have left” (as the employee pointed at all the empty bowls). There was three to four entrees remaining. None of which I wanted.
I told the server that it was only 9:10 PM and asked her what are the hours. She hesitated and said 10 PM. I then asked her then why are you closing in 15 minutes and why are you not serving anymore food. She just stared at me.
She kept looking at the cook and he kept shaking his head (meaning he is no longer cooking). I noticed the kitchen was already cleaned. I just walked out.
If these people don’t want to work, Panda Express needs to finds people that do.
