First I want to say that I’m in no way affiliated with Jet.com. I just wanted to take the time to do a review about my experience with this company.
I’ve been a customer with Jet since the company started last July (2015). Since then, I shop for most of my groceries and household needs every two weeks. My motivation was not having to wait in long longs at my local Walmart. I was fed up with going to Walmart only to see 15 checkout registers and only two registers open. I saw a Jet.com commercial and I’ve been a customer ever since.
I’m totally impressed with their selection and how quickly they ship the merchandise. Most of the time, I get my order in two days. Their prices are the lowest compared to Amazon.com and Walmart.com. I’ve compared many products and Jet.com has always been the lowest. There may have been only one or two times where I found that Jet.com did not have a lower price.
Once you order your regular household items, you can then hit the “reorder” link and your order process take minutes. It saves you time, gas and headaches.
Shipping is free if you order $35 or over. Saves you big bucks compared to other online portals.
In the year I’ve been a customer (where I order about average $130 bi-weekly) I’ve only had one situation where I had to deal with customer service. I had a box that was not packed right and I had a couple of damaged products. I sent a email to Jet.com’s customer service and the rectified the situation immediately. I was very impressed.
My review of Jet.com is probably one of the best reviews I’ve given. The “Pros” shows what I recommend about this service. The “Cons” is me being petty because I couldn’t think of any cons. So I only came up with the one situation where the box was damaged.
